When we first opened Heart Bingo, we expected the bingo side to be doing most of the heavy lifting. That is still what makes the site interesting, but there is more going on here than the name suggests. We counted 16 regular bingo rooms covering 90-, 80- and 75-ball games, and the social side is much more noticeable than at casino sites where bingo feels like an afterthought.
The bit that caught our attention most was Dab and Blab Live. Instead of another automated bingo draw, you get scheduled presenter-led sessions, while the regular rooms have player chat and chat hosts that give Heart more of the communal feel you would associate with a bingo hall.
Then you click across to the casino and realise how large the rest of the operation has become. There are thousands of slots, live blackjack and roulette, game shows, Slingo and Heart-branded games. New players can also choose whether to start with 500 free bingo tickets worth up to £50 or 100 free spins, which makes sense for a site serving two fairly different audiences.
“Heart’s strongest point for us is that bingo still has a reason to exist here. Dab and Blab Live gives it something many casino-led brands don’t offer, while the slots and live casino are deep enough that Heart doesn’t feel like a narrow bingo-only site. We’d just like the banking information to be easier to compare before signing up.” — Martin Eriksen, Gambler Media
How to Claim the Heart Bingo Welcome Offer
Heart gives new customers a genuine choice rather than forcing everyone into the same promotion.
The bingo offer gives you 500 free bingo tickets worth up to £50. Opt in, deposit at least £10 and play £10 in any qualifying bingo room within seven days of registration. The free tickets can then be used on bingo games costing up to 10p per ticket and expire after seven days. Video bingo is excluded.
The important bit is what happens to the winnings. Once you have used the promotional tickets, anything you win is credited to your withdrawable cash balance with no additional wagering requirement.
Alternatively, slots players can choose 100 free spins on Make Me a Millionaire. Again, you need to opt in, deposit £10+ and play £10, this time on any slot, within seven days. Each free spin is worth 10p and must be used within seven days. This is in effect a £10 value offer, so significantly less value than the Heart bingo bonus. Winnings from the spins also go to your withdrawable cash balance once the spins have been played.
You only get one new-customer welcome offer across the bingo and casino promotions, so choose before you start wagering.
Here’s how to claim the bingo version:
- Follow the link on this page to www.heartbingo.co.uk and select Sign Up.
- Create your account and opt into the 500 Free Bingo Tickets welcome offer.
- Make your first deposit of at least £10.
- Within seven days of registering, spend at least £10 in qualifying bingo rooms.
- Open an eligible bingo room and accept the free-ticket prompt.
- Switch to Free Tickets mode and use the tickets on games costing up to 10p each.
- Use the tickets within seven days before they expire.
Which Heart Bingo Welcome Offer Should You Choose?
We prefer the bingo option for most people considering Heart in the first place.
Both promotions require the same £10 deposit and £10 qualifying spend, and neither adds a wagering requirement to subsequent winnings. But the bingo deal gives you up to £50 worth of tickets across qualifying bingo games, while the slots offer gives 100 x 10p spins — £10 in total — on one specific slot.
That doesn’t automatically make the bingo promotion £40 “better”. Five hundred bingo tickets are not the same as £50 cash, and the advertised £50 value assumes 10p tickets. But if bingo is what brought you to Heart, the ticket offer is clearly the more natural choice.
One thing worth checking before signing up through the app is the promotion shown on the actual Heart offer page. When we checked, Heart’s App Store and Google Play descriptions contained welcome-offer wording that differed from the main website. We’d rely on the terms attached to the promotion you actually opt into rather than older promotional copy in an app-store listing.

Heart Bingo
Heart Bingo Games

Bingo is where Heart distinguishes itself from a conventional UK casino.
We counted 16 games in the main bingo-room lobby when checking the site, plus separate video bingo titles. The standard lobby includes traditional rooms such as Value Bingo and Speed Bingo alongside branded formats including Deal or No Deal Bingo, Age of the Gods Bingo and Heart’s own Feel Good Bingo Room.
Ticket prices cover a useful range too. When we checked, Value Bingo started at 1p, while several other rooms were available for 2p, 5p or 10p. Prices and prize pools move with the room and session, so these are better treated as examples than permanent limits.
Heart moved onto a different bingo network in January 2025. The current setup includes features such as one-to-go and two-to-go prizes, free tickets and special branded rooms.
The social side is stronger than at most casino-led bingo sections, too. Heart’s regular bingo rooms include player chat, so you can talk to other players while the numbers are called rather than simply watching an automated game. Heart even uses its own bingo lingo around chat hosts and the “Hearties” community, which helps the bingo section feel more like a shared room than another casino game.
Live Bingo
This is the part of Heart we find most interesting.
The main bingo lobby includes Dab and Blab Live, a scheduled live bingo room rather than another purely automated number draw. Heart displays it alongside its regular bingo rooms with a countdown to the next session.
Dab and Blab uses a presenter-led format with a real host calling the action, chat and additional elements around the bingo game. It runs at scheduled times rather than continuously.
That matters because “live bingo” can mean very different things online. Here, there is an actual hosted bingo format closer in spirit to a traditional bingo hall.
Confusingly, Heart also has a Live Bingo category inside its live casino. That section includes games such as Bingo Spot, Deal or No Deal The Big Draw, Monopoly Big Baller and Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball. These are better thought of as live-studio bingo and draw-game hybrids rather than replacements for the traditional bingo rooms.
We like having both, but Heart could explain the distinction better. Someone specifically looking for presenter-led online bingo could easily assume the Live Bingo casino category and Dab and Blab are the same product.
Slots
The slot library is much larger than we expected from a site with Bingo in the name.
Heart says it works with 18 slot providers, including Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt, Blueprint and Yggdrasil. It also has Heart-branded games such as Heart Bingo Big Bass Splash, 9 Lucky Hearts and Bubble Wild.
Heart is better than some casinos at letting you narrow down such a large library. Games can be filtered by theme, supplier and features, while RTP information is available through the payout information after opening individual games.
We would take Heart’s advertised game totals with a pinch of salt, though — not because the library is small, but because Heart’s own pages disagree about the number.
Its dedicated slots page currently displays about 5,000+ slots; this is clearly a substantial casino catalogue rather than a token slots section attached to a bingo site. In pure numbers, it outperforms larger legacy brands such as Grosvenor and Bet365 Casino.
There are also dedicated areas for Megaways, Slingo, jackpots and newer releases.
Jackpots and Make Me a Millionaire
Make Me a Millionaire gives Heart’s casino a more recognisable identity than simply carrying the usual network jackpots.
The progressive slot is prominently featured across the site and is also the game attached to the current slots welcome offer. Its jackpot changes constantly, so we wouldn’t quote a fixed amount in a permanent review.
You will also find familiar progressive and network jackpot releases throughout the wider slots lobby.
Table Games and Live Casino
Heart’s live casino is another area where the name undersells the product.
The lobby covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, dice games, speed tables and live game shows. Heart even has branded tables including Heart Bingo Premium Blackjack.
Popular game shows include Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, while there is also live Craps, which still isn’t available at every UK casino.
What Heart lacks is a compelling reason to choose its live casino over specialists such as bet365 or Grosvenor. The choice is good, and having Heart-branded tables helps, but the real point of difference remains the ability to move between traditional bingo, slots and live casino without switching brands.
Heart Bingo Mobile App

Heart offers dedicated iOS and Android apps covering bingo, slots and casino games, but the customer ratings are unusually different between the two platforms.
At the time of our check, the UK Apple App Store rated Heart Bingo 4.8 out of 5, while the Android app sat at 3.2 out of 5 on Google Play.
That’s a big enough difference that we wouldn’t simply call Heart a “highly rated app”. On iPhone, that description is justified. On Android, it isn’t.
The app combines bingo, slots and live games in one place rather than splitting them into separate downloads, which we prefer to Betfred’s more fragmented approach.
Heart also keeps its bingo identity prominent on mobile through rooms such as Feel Good Bingo rather than allowing the casino product to completely take over the interface.
Heart Bingo Payment Methods
Banking is one of the weaker parts of Heart’s public-facing information.
Heart’s current pages prominently mention debit cards and Apple Pay, but it doesn’t make a comprehensive pre-login table of available methods, deposit limits and expected withdrawal times particularly easy to find.
We’d like Heart to be more transparent here. Banking information is exactly the sort of detail a player should be able to compare before opening an account, especially when competitors such as bet365 publish considerably more information upfront.
The withdrawal rules are clearer. Heart has a standard £5 minimum withdrawal, although balances from £1 to below £5 can still be withdrawn with the help of customer service. Balances below £1 aren’t processed.
Heart generally operates a closed-loop policy, meaning withdrawals should go back to the payment method used for the main deposit where possible. Verification checks can delay processing if Heart still requires documentation.
Heart’s terms also state that the operator itself does not charge for deposits or withdrawals, although a bank or payment provider could impose its own fees.
Who Operates Heart Bingo?
Although the branding comes from Heart, the radio network is not the gambling operator.
Heart Bingo is operated by BV Gaming Limited, whose UK Gambling Commission trading names also include BetVictor. The Heart brand is used under licence from Global Media Group Services Limited, connecting the gambling site to the wider Heart media brand.
BetVictor originally partnered with Global to relaunch Heart Bingo in 2021. For UK customers, BV Gaming Limited operates under Gambling Commission account 39576.
That’s worth explaining because the Heart name can otherwise make it sound as though the radio station itself runs the casino.
Heart Bingo FAQs
What is the Heart Bingo bonus code?
Heart does not use a bonus code. You opt into whichever welcome offer you want — 500 free bingo tickets or 100 free spins — then deposit £10 and play £10 within seven days. The choice matters more than any code would: you get one welcome offer across the whole bingo and casino range, so pick before you start wagering.
Is Heart Bingo a real bingo site or mainly an online casino?
It is genuinely bingo-led. We counted 16 rooms in the main bingo lobby when reviewing the site, covering 90-, 80- and 75-ball formats alongside branded and scheduled games. Heart also has a substantial slots and live-casino operation, so it works as both a bingo site and a broader online casino.
Does Heart Bingo have live bingo?
Yes. Dab and Blab Live appears in Heart’s main bingo lobby and offers scheduled presenter-led bingo. Heart also has a separate Live Bingo category inside its live casino, but those games are studio-based bingo and draw-game hybrids rather than the same format.
Does Heart Bingo have 90-ball bingo?
Yes. Heart’s regular bingo lobby includes 90-ball games alongside 80- and 75-ball formats.
What is the Heart Bingo welcome offer?
New customers can currently choose between 500 free bingo tickets worth up to £50 after depositing and playing £10 on bingo, or 100 x 10p free spins on Make Me a Millionaire after depositing and playing £10 on slots. You can only claim one of the two welcome offers.
Do Heart Bingo bonus winnings have wagering requirements?
Under the current welcome promotions, winnings from the free bingo tickets and free spins are credited to the withdrawable cash balance once the promotional play has been completed.
Is Heart Bingo run by BetVictor?
Heart Bingo and BetVictor are both operated in Great Britain by BV Gaming Limited. Heart itself is a separate brand used under licence from Global Media Group Services Limited.
Is Heart Bingo licensed in the UK?
Yes. Heart Bingo is an active trading name of BV Gaming Limited under UK Gambling Commission account number 39576.
Does Heart Bingo have an app?
Yes. Heart has apps for both iOS and Android. At the time of our review, the iOS app had a much stronger customer rating than the Android version.
What is the minimum Heart Bingo withdrawal?
The standard minimum withdrawal is £5. If your balance is between £1 and £4.99, Heart’s terms state that customer service can assist with withdrawing it.
